| X-COMS was formed by Sharon Havenhand founder of graphics and web design company Comarni Design and Manuela Alfageme founder of marketing consultancy, Hummingbird Communications. |
| After working within a number of large international, City based organisations, we pooled our skill sets to launch X-COMS, a platform of skilled and energetic marketing professionals who are sensitive and responsive to the constantly changing needs of the business environment. |
| We have designed and delivered many marketing campaigns and projects imaginatively and on budget. We don’t carry the overheads of an agency, which means we can deliver to our clients cost effectively. |
| By joining forces and creating X-COMS our skills in different but complementary disciplines are an attractive proposition because clients only pay for the skills they need. |
| It is completely flexible, as we can also work independently with a client's preferred supplier or their in-house marketing team or even manage a supplier for them. |

Her experience has always been business facing, equipping her with a good understanding of the corporate environment and the financial markets. It has also given her a realistic view of the marketing requirements and expectations of success hungry businesses with limited resources and budgets! |
